Pricing & Registration

Registration is FREE* if you work for a drug developer organization, research institution, or are a full-time academic. Please note that each company is entitled to a maximum of 5 complimentary delegate passes.

*Please note that credit card details will be taken upon registration, and a nominal fee of $0.50 charged.

**A drug developer must have a pipeline candidate and must not be outsourcing their pipeline or offer paid for products and/or partnering services.

Free access is granted upon confirmation of eligibility. Hanson Wade retain the right to reject or cancel your registration if eligibility criteria are not met, and a paid registration will then be required to access the event.

Hanson Wade reserves the right to charge free-access guests a non-refundable charge of $100 if they do not attend the entire event or if they fail to give 7 working days’ notice of nonattendance.
